Our fully trained supervisors and interviewers are highly experienced in the preparation and presentation of food and beverage products. We can offer a highly professional service for testing a diverse range of products, including, for example, ice cream, pizzas and soft drinks and gravy.
Over the years, we have established a reliable network of venues to conduct taste testing research across the UK. To ensure high footfalls and make your research more effective (especially in the case of low penetration samples), we use venues in central locations in most of the major cities throughout the UK.
We also ensure we use venues with appropriate facilities to meet your needs. For example, freezer, refrigeration and cooking facilities for the storage and serving of beverages and food. Food can be cooked or prepared and then served within the venues according to your precise specifications. Similarly, beverages are accurately measured out and presented as required for the taste testing.
Apart from following the Market Research Society’s (MRS’) quality guidelines, our interviewers and supervisors understand the importance of following strict criteria to ensure there is no cross-contamination, that visual effects are uniform and that the measuring of products is accurate and consistent.
Most of the venues that we use for taste testing have Wi-Fi for online data collection. We offer CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interviewing) using our iPads. We also offer CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) using our laptops or iPads.
We recruit respondents in-street prior to inviting them to come to the venue for the taste testing. This means we can screen and interview a significant number of respondents in a single day, whilst ensuring we speak to a representative sample.
